DDAT Iteration Planning Team Instructor-led Training

This curriculum introduces the Iteration Planning Team framework to the learner. This is one of the two frameworks that DDAT provides for delivery teams to deliver value in the DDAT Product Oriented Model. They will learn about the basic concepts of what constitutes an Iteration Planning Team, including roles, events, and artifacts, so that teams can develop a common set of practices and language around how they work within this framework.
