JOYBeing at Work for Leaders is a course available within the Potentials Leadership Training series. Amid a time of disruption, uncertainty, and change, many are not engaged or enjoying work. There is a need for resilience, energy, and meaningful work experience. Research shows that enhancing joy at work improves engagement, performance, innovation, and the quality of work. Attendees will learn a framework and practices to increase a sense of JOYBeing for them and their teams. This course provides evidence-based research on the benefits and ways of strengthening meaning, belonging, thriving, and enjoying. Each module offers practices, habits, and reflections to enhance resilience and wellbeing at work and elsewhere.
JOYBeing at Work for Leaders builds on the foundational OASIS Conversations curriculum in the Potentials Leadership Training Series.
