Team Kanban

This course introduces the foundational principles and practices of the Team Kanban framework within the DDAT Agile methodology. Key topics include:    • Understanding the Team Kanban framework and its alignment with DDAT Agile essentials.    • The principles of Kanban: visualizing work, limiting work in progress (WIP), managing flow, and fostering continuous improvement.    • Roles and responsibilities for Kanban Team Member(s), Kanban Team Lead, and Product Role.    • Effective use of Kanban artifacts, including Kanban boards, work item cards, and pull policies.    • Core events: Team Kanban Events, Replenishment Events, and Retrospectives. Through practical and interactive modules, images, and knowledge checks, learners will develop the skills to implement and optimize Kanban practices, enabling them to enhance collaboration, adaptability, and workflow efficiency.
