Continuous Discovery

In this course, we explore the first loop, Continuous Discovery, of the Product Development Lifecycle diagram. This loop consists of five elements: Identify Opportunity, Learn and Empathize, Hypothesize, Explore Solution Alternatives, and Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We will define each element and describe the role of product management in this process.
