The two most critical skills to be an effective and transformational leader these days are to be open-minded and to engage in positive and productive conversations to co-create solutions. Taking an Open Stance is about noticing when we are contracted, in judgment, controlling or closed and with awareness shifting to being curious, compassionate, courageous and noticing possibilities. From this Open Stance we are able to attend to the world with greater resilience to embrace the present moment and realize potential. Attendees will explore who they want to be as leaders, how to take a coach approach, their mindset, and how they will talk with themselves. Attendees will build habits that support them in building the mental muscle of being open and resilient.
Open Stance Leading and Coaching builds on the foundational OASIS Conversations curriculum in the Potentials Leadership Training Series.
