5itb Product Leadership Teams

In this course, we explore the five product essentials to help us evolve towards a product-oriented operating model. To embrace a product mindset, DDAT teams have been asked to define our products and form 5-in-the-box (5itb) product leadership teams to lead products end-to-end. We believe that the secret to developing excellent human-centered solutions is working as a cross-functional team. With the 5-in-the-box model, we aim to communicate the future vision for how we will work together as teams of equals focused on delivering business and user outcomes.
