Cultivating Team Culture

This course focuses on how to create a positive and high-performing team environment. Attendees will have an opportunity to assess their leadership styles and the needs of their teams in the context of CVS Health culture and values. The Cultivating Team Culture curriculum is designed to achieve the following outcomes:    · Increase leadership self-awareness and emotional/social intelligence    · Identify and take action to actively shape the culture aligning with CVS Health values    · Build relationships, a sense of community and enhance engagement Cultivating Team Culture builds on the foundational OASIS Conversations curriculum in the Potentials Leadership Training Series.
