OASIS Conversations

This curriculum introduces the OASIS Conversations process. An OASIS Conversation is a five-step, easy-to-grasp process for creating a positive environment and communicating productively with others to produce agreements, solutions, and fulfillment. Each "move” involves an internal awareness and choice of action. The OASIS Conversations process has been tested with success all over the world. OASIS Conversations is a foundational course within the Potentials Leadership Training series.
